We look forward to celebrating harvest in Alexander Valley, exploring the proposed Pocket Peak AVA, and sharing our newest wines at intimate release dinners and grand tastings on the road.
Each gathering offers a different way to know the estate: through the character of a vintage, the conversation around a table, and the community that has grown around Skipstone. We would be delighted to see you.

Midwest Grand Tastings
We are bringing wine country to the Midwest for a series of exceptional walk-around tastings in Kansas City, Michigan, Columbus, and Chicago. Skipstone will be joined by Chappellet, Covert, Rudd, Spottswoode, Spring Mountain, and Zakin, offering a rare opportunity to taste wines from this remarkable collection of Napa and Sonoma estates while connecting directly with the people behind them. Light bites will be served throughout each evening.

Skipstone Harvest Celebration
Harvest is one of our favorite times of year at Skipstone, when the work of the season comes into focus. Join us at the estate for wine, food and the company of friends old and new, as we celebrate the 2026 harvest and the community that makes it so meaningful.

Fall Release Dinners in Texas
Join us in Texas to welcome the 2024 vintage through a series of intimate dinners. Thoughtfully paired cuisine, Skipstone wines and conversation around the table will bring the new releases into focus. We look forward to sharing the wines, the growing season behind them, and the pleasure of discovering them together.

Texas and Arizona Grand Tastings
Skipstone returns to Texas and Arizona this November with Memento Mori, Roy, Checkerboard, Rudd, Covert and Morlet for a series of walk-around tastings. Explore wines from Napa and Sonoma while speaking directly with the winery principals and representatives who know each estate. Light bites will accompany an evening of discovery and conversation.

Swiss Fondue Night
Gather with our proprietors for a warm, festive evening as another year at Skipstone draws to a close. In the inviting setting of the estate winery, we will share Swiss fondue, Skipstone wines and good company: a relaxed celebration of the season and the friendships it brings together.

Sneak Peek: Pocket Peak
Be among the first to explore the proposed Pocket Peak American Viticultural Area during a special grand tasting at Skipstone. Join us alongside Aperture, Robert Young Winery, and Valette Wines to discover the wines and people helping define this distinctive hillside region of northeastern Alexander Valley. All ticket proceeds will benefit the Northern Sonoma County Fire Department. 4 pm – 7 pm
Judgment of Paris at Skipstone
Compare the top wines of Skipstone with the best of Bordeaux, in honor of the 1976 Judgment of Paris.
